"I'm impressed. And I haven't even bought one yet."

A future Envirolet® customer sent us this great letter detailing some of the reasons they are going to go with an Envirolet®.

The comments about customer service and product support (“Some of the systems I’ve looked at leave you out in the cold after you buy it. “What? You spent $1500 for our system AND you expect support for it?”“) are especially timely after our just announced warranty increase.


“I’m impressed. And I haven’t even bought one yet.

My wife and I just bought property out in the woods and we did not want to have a septic system for our toilet.

We’ve got the sink and shower water discharge covered by using non-toxic soaps and shampoos. We hope.

We expected to find environmentally friendly composting toilet designs. I found several systems that fulfill that.

What impresses me is how consumer friendly your design is. Other companies seem to say “if you REALLY love the environment you’ll suffer some (or a lot of) inconvenience.” You have that solved.

The next thing I’m impressed with is how finished your product looks. A lot of other systems look pieced together from parts you’d find at a hardware store.

Another thing I’m impressed with is your consumer followup. Some of the systems I’ve looked at leave you out in the cold after you buy it. “What? You spent $1500 for our system AND you expect support for it?” {evil laughter follows}

We are in the early stages of getting our land ready to move on to, so we haven’t bought a system, yet.

When the time comes to buy a system there is no doubt in my mind where I’m going to get it.”
