"Customer Focused Service"
Envirolet® Customer Service Rep Julie received a short but kind email today (March 16, 2006) from a customer after sending him his tracking info for his soon-to-be-delivered Envirolet® Composting Toilet System:
“Thank you for the tracking information. I am very impressed with the customer focused service I have been getting so far.”
Our reps are amazing at the little things, like updating customers on their order status. But really, this shows you that there are not any little things at all.
